| Warranty |
| All SCANSYS, INC. products are warranted for one year from the invoiced purchase date. Warranty covers parts and labor for the one year. SCANSYS, INC. will provide warranty on all standard SCANSYS, INC.. product line. All others items carry a minimum one year repair warranty. Liquidated and refurbished items warranty information are included in item description. Warranty does not cover any items that have been mishandled or damaged. |

| Defective items can be returned for refund or replacement under following restrictions : |

All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, manuals, and accessories. |

Special order items can only be returned for exchange if defective. No returns or refunds will be accepted on special order items. |

Shipping cost and insurance for warranty service items are buyer's responsibility. |

All warranty repair or replacement items will be returned back to buyer by UPS ground service. |

Returned items for refund that are found to be non-defective will be subject to 20% restocking fee. Shipping, transaction, payment processing, and insurance fee are non-refundable. |

Warranty on all items that have been mishandled or damaged is voided. |

Items that are determined to be free from damage will be exchanged or refunded. |

Warranty does not apply on physical damaged item. If item was damaged during the shipping, buyer must contact UPS (1-800-PICKUPS) to report Damage Claim and must contact SCANSYS, INC. Inc. within one business day after item was delivered. |

| Shipping |
SCANSYS, INC. will ship most orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received and cleared. Most items will be shipped by UPS ground service. Express shipments are available upon request. Allow 3 to 7 business days for all standard UPS ground shipments. If the shipment is refused or undeliverable, buyer will be responsible for both S&H charges (first and second re-delivery.)
Listed shipping cost on our website is based on UPS rate to lower 48 states by UPS ground service. Any addresses not covered by UPS can be shipped by USPS for additional charge. All orders with e-mail address will receive tracking number by e-mail from UPS. |

| Special Order |
| Special orders, including customized products, require 3 to 5 business days. Additional time for quality control and diagnostic testing. |

| Back Orders |
| Most merchandise is shipped within 1 to 2 business days from when your order is placed with payment. Items placed on back order are shipped as soon as they become available. SCANSYS, INC. recommends all buyers check availability when placing order. |

| Returns |
All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. RMA number can only be issued through SCANSYS, INC. technical support department. Buyer must contact SCANSYS, INC. by phone or e-mail to request RMA number. RMA number will be issued by phone call or e-mail within 1 to 3 business days. RMA number is valid for a 15 days. If buyer does not return the item/s within 15 days, RMA number will be voided. Any RMA returned to us with a RMA number past the 15 days, item will be refused and return back to the sender's address appear on the package. It is recommended that all returns be made via a traceable carrier such as FedEx, UPS or Certified Mail. All returns for refund will be charged with 20% restocking fee on all return item/s for refund within 30 days of your original invoice date.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND AFTER 30 DAYS.
SCANSYS, INC. is not responsible for items that are mishandled, lost or damaged during shipment. RMA numbers must be legibly listed on the outside of the package.
SCANSYS, INC. will not accept any shipments without a valid RMA.
All opened or used software are non-refundable under any condition Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. |

| Limitation of Liability |
| SCANSYS, INC. does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for use or for lost or corrupted data or software. SCANSYS, INC. will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided therein. Buyer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services, SCANSYS, INC. Inc. is not responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase under this agreement. |
